The only 4-star hotel and conference centre in South Greenland

Hotel Qaqortoq's conference centre with multimedia, internet and audiovisual equipment, along with the hotel's full range of services, has a 4-star rating.

Venues

Space for every size of gathering

  • 110 seats in the conference venue

    The hotel has a large conference venue that can accommodate up to 110 people in rows of seating.

  • 2 smaller spaces when it is divided

    The venue can be divided into 2 smaller spaces, which can accommodate about 75 people seated in rows. These spaces are conveniently located near our reception desk and are easily accessible.

  • 3 meeting rooms for 8 to 24 people

    In addition, we have 3 meeting rooms in 3 different sizes, which can also be used as group conference rooms. They can accommodate 8 to 24 people.

We offer conference packages with and without accommodation options. The hotel has a total of 45 rooms consisting of single rooms, double rooms and apartments.

Terms and conditions when booking a conference

The reservation is binding for the specified number of conference participants, but may be increased in the course of the event.

Please inform the reception staff as early as possible if there is a change in the number of guests, so the chef has enough time to prepare extra food. Requests during the day to change the menu will be billed extra.

All invoicing for booked conferences, catering and additional events is issued to the person or organization that ordered the event.

Invoices to other individuals or organizations can only be written when this has been agreed with Hotel Qaqortoq's Conference department, at least 1 week before the start of the course.

Please fill out our conference form and send it to us. If there are different starting times or different catering requests, one form must be completed for each day the course is held.

Cancellation of a conference is free of charge up to 72 hours before the beginning of an event.

If the cancellation happens less than 72 hours before, Hotel Qaqortoq will bill DKK 99 per person if a conference package including lunch has been booked.
